  • Pros

  • An application very easy to use with a very comfortable interface and has a support team helpful at all times.
  • Seamless integration into our website. Good designs and layouts.
  • Cons

  • Inability to store suppression lists for future list.
  • It is difficult to see something negative this application although perhaps for some companies this software could be expensive.

  • The biggest thing is the text to payment method. Extremely good software.
  • Software easy to navigate, setting up new users is easy. If you need assistance, a Kimoby representative helps you right away.
  • Cons

  • We did not like that users can easily opt out of receiving messages. We used this to remind employees to send timesheets but they would just opt out and it rendered the system useless.
  • When typing in a phone number there is a significant lag. Sometimes picks numbers no where near the invidual I am trying to access.
