My biggest problem with the software is the fact that we still had a lot of people simply entering a review with Doctible but not taking the extra step to visit Google.

Doctible has assisted us in delivering a higher level of service while also helping us to increase revenue.

It is really great how automated the service is and how easy the feedback is to get and integrate to all of our social media.

This software is incredibly easy to use, it's fast and effective - the price is SO extremely low compared to the value of the product.

Beyond the pale in terms of inappropriate and unprofessional.

Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.

Things don't work well, customization options are very limited, users and customers get frustrated often and messages get lost in the abyss.

It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.

It integrates perfectly on the website. I also love that they are constantly coming up with new features to help our workflow.

Wonderful experience, I really enjoy using the product (even on other companies websites/products!) and would highly recommend.

Also has strong integrations with a lot of other tools we use. It's great for being able to manage users of our SaaS, and contact them via email or a message within our app.

Intercom is really a state-of-art piece of software. If integrated properly, it can take care of amazing spectre of key activities in any company.

I also like how it gives us statistics on what is my team's response time, etc. I love how easy we can set up a business hour rule, auto-responses, and tours.

I like how this is very universal and easy to communicate with others. It is seamlessly on any website and you can communicate very quickly.

Their customer success team is great, even on the days when I'm not the most gracious customer.

The ability to converse with our customers quickly and seamlessly between email and the messenger app is great.

Intercom is super easy to set up and has the best UI / UX by far.

Great experience, we switched over from Sendgrid and prefer Intercom despite the higher price.
