  • Pros

  • Easy to use, convenient, patients like it, HIPPA compliant.
  • Doctible has assisted us in delivering a higher level of service while also helping us to increase revenue.
  • Cons

  • My biggest problem with the software is the fact that we still had a lot of people simply entering a review with Doctible but not taking the extra step to visit Google.
  • The lack of sync with our PMS--we are having to send doctible notices manually.

  • What I like most about Intercom is that it makes conversing with our customers super easy.
  • It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.
  • It can be confusing to use. The API CAN be confusing at first since there is a lot of terminology they use.
