Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The customer support was great during my research. They promptly answered my questions, even anticipating future considerations.

  • The price is the best out there, and the response of the support team is immediate. It's very easy to import your data and scheduling a text is so simple!

  • Cons

  • Limited features, but I am sure as you acquire bigger packages, more features are available. BUT if it had an app, this would be out of this world! ;D

  • The only frustrating part of this was synchronizations between the actual service and email client. Other than that it was good.

  • Pros

  • Very simplistic. Customer Service has been extremely easy to work with and very nice any time we have had to call.

  • I like the price point and the improvements that have been made over the past 2 years - it's much easier to use! I also like that you can preview what's being sent.

  • Cons

  • The user site is clunky. It looks older , though functionality seems fine. Some setting are a bit burried.

  • The message has to be condensed to fit in the limited character count. It' s usually enough space but sometimes we have to be creative with our message to get it to fit.
