  • Pros

  • The ease of use and simplicity of getting your company line the ability to text.
  • Lots of great features and it's easy to use and set up. If you are a solo attorney or small firm, I recommend this to use your business number to text.
  • Cons

  • Had some real issues in getting my account up but due not to Zipwhip, rather, because of my inept, phone provider, Ring Central (the worst!).
  • I am now going through the process of trying to cancel with Zipwhip and their customer support is horrible.

  • The ability to acquire new customers through IG Swipe Up. The ability to integrate segments/lists from Klaviyo—our email marketing platform.
  • I truly do not have enough great things to say about Attentive and I have recommended it to many of my colleagues in Marketing.
  • Cons

  • It's expensive and sometimes it's difficult to anticipate results.
  • I wish there was a way to turn 2 way messaging off. We waste a lot of $$ each month getting people's grocery lists and unintentional texts that we do not want.
