The software is  great for dictation. I use it for English and Dutch with some  words added to the  vocabulairy because of the fact that they are typical acronyms (like WSO2, APIM etc).

Using Dragon NaturallySpeaking to record complex thoughts and sentences using uncommon words was an exercise in frustration and an overall disappointment.

It basically just keeps failing – it is not consistent in terms of its operation and use. For example, this morning, I trained a couple of words i.e. acronyms that I use on a regular basis.

Sometimes the product does not work well depending on your accent.

The ability to create custom commands this is superb. The software has a great deal going for it.
