  • Pros

  • It is easy to integrate with our CRM as well as due to it's user friendliness it is easy for me to implement it. Machine learning is excellent, and I appreciate how simple it is to utilize.
  • Convin customer supports my finest sales deals. Having the option to go back and analyze my calls allows me to provide the greatest assistance and experience to my consumers.
  • Its a good platform in terms of ease of use and implement past record in a suitable quality.
  • Cons

  • Some times the tool will lag and we have to depend on the convin's team a lot for their assistance.
  • There may be slight delays from time to time, but overall, login troubles are rare, occuring only once a month.
  • Lack of live audits- enabling users to hear live calls and give real time feedbacks, more of accuracy on AI insights to bridge the gap on manual and ai audits.

  • The best part is that the solution seamlessly integrates with your existing apps and is super easy to use.
  • Easy to use and helpful for our sales reps. The analytics and tracking are also very helpful to improve quality of our team.
  • Gong has been a game changer for me and my team. Absolutely recommend this software for better coaching, training, and general reporting to help improve our calls.
  • Cons

  • Gong blocks out numbers during calls, making it difficult to capture info that had been lost in technical issues.
  • Sometimes the recorder joins late or not at all but that may be a me error. Overall there are very few changes/gripes that I have for the software.
  • Sometimes the lagging or it not picking up the correct words.
