The website is easy to use/manipulate and the best feature is the automatic payment system so we are not chasing down tuition on a weekly/monthly basis.

Corrbar was able to schedule the tournament and work around some of our specific needs and the support staff was there at all times.

The scheduler is the one piece of the software we continue to struggle with. Much of this is because we are utilizing it in a way it was not initially considered.

It is very user friendly and easy to figure out how to set things up. I also like that you manage this on your own rather then having to submit a request to have something updated.

I really like the overall look and ease of navigation of the Crossbar site. Adding content is super easy and provides enough options to really personalize the site.

The app does take some basic training especially if users have no experience with a content management system. Advanced communications (e.g., within teams, specific users) requires some practice.

From a managements perspective, I have found it’s missing a lot of functions that we previously had that are important.

Easy registration process and also great customer service and support.

They are very easy to get a hold of when you have a question and they will answer it so it is easy to understand. We have also gotten a lot of compliments on how easy the site is to use.

Cat or not(We offer discounts to our members) what position they are...goalie, forward, defense so we can cut off registrations once a particular position in a particular age group is full.

The ease of setting up our site, quick response from the support team, and ability to setup and collect payments automatically have all been great features for us.

So far we are very pleased with our relationship with Crossbar.

There needs to be a separate feed for announcements, schedules, etc. That would allow the coach/admin to put info out and then basically ignore the team chat.

There are some features missing, in particular in the app.

The scheduling is quite good. There are a few things that could be better, but overall the scheduling handles 99% of what we want it to do.

It has been excellent overall. The application is well thought out and makes it very easy to set up and communicate with our members.

Crossbar allows me to do just that, and with ease. Setting up registration, managing payment options, and organizing team rosters is also seamless in the Crossbar Dashboard.

Registration is a breeze and there are so many great features including the schedule, ease of subscribing to family calendar, and sending out communications to the club or smaller groups.

The ease of use when setting up web pages and clean aesthetic is what I like most.

The family schedule has also been a welcome feature that easily integrates family schedules with mobile device calendars.

We compared this against 5 other platforms, and this was hands down the best solution at the right price. Couple that with the amazing customer service, and CrossBar is a homerun.

The information it provides at a glance with its customized dashboards is great. The email that some out are so much more organized.

I do think that for general user the website is intuitive and user friendly so it’s been good a good change overall for our league members.

It’s been very up and down in terms of transitioning. There have been many growing pains and some critical features that are missing.

The software is built by hockey parents so it's perfect for us. Easy to set up leagues, tourneys, teams, events and schedules to keep everyone aligned.

I love how versatile the program is, our news features, membership updates - all able to get out to our registered users very quickly.

At this time crossbar experience has been amazing and the ease of use has been so great.

Not sure about Meet Manager things yet - will be implementing the whole swimtopia this season - we just did website this past year.

My experience with SwimTopia was fantastic. I have used other swim team management platforms in the past that were not user friendly for the administrator or end user.

Customer support is great via the help articles and emails  and by contacting the company.

It is easy to explain, and overall a great website.

Their customer support is fantastic- always responsive and knowledgeable.

We love the registration capabilities. Swimtopia let's our parents self manage all registration simply, and our treasurer loves how simple it is to get money directly into our bank account.

It immediately paid dividends for administrators and customers. Customer service is the best in the industry.

The near-seamless integration of the two very different software packages saved out team a massive amount of time and headaches we previously had in switching between other packages.

The only challenge for me was a personal challenge. I am not entirely comfortable with 'web site design' and initially thought it was going to be the worst part of the transition to SwimTopia.

The site provides coaches with all resources needed to have a successful season. The parents can easily find and search for things.

However this would not cause me to stop using the software.

It is fairly intuitive to use and once it is initially setup it is very easy to update and maintain from season to season.

For our parents who are increasingly demanding to interact with us through a phone not a laptop, this presents a few challenges.

SwimTopia is easy to use as an administrator and user. Keeps all participants informed through email, keeps track of all swim times, best times, etc.

Having all the information in one place saves us so much time. Ths software has made a huge difference for our team, we love it.

The registration and meet management functions are the best.

Sometimes it's hard to grasp all the features built into SwimTopia - when we first set it up - we were just using the basic features.

The online registrations are AMAZING and our roster has grown by over 10% each year we have had SwimTopia. The website allows easy social media integration and promotion.

Reports can be a little difficult to navigate.

It all starts off with being to have one place to look for all our swimmers, meets, parent volunteers, registration, spirit wear  and fee collection... and most importantly - gives us a Great Website.

The features are perfect for our needs. On occasion we have asked the company to provide additional features and it seems like we weren't the only ones asking because it happened.
