Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very good just want more because they are that good. Great product and great programming of it.
- They benefitted from the ease of use and increased standard of quality of their work.
- The best feature about the software is that you can have multiple submission data stores, which gives great flexibility for storing data as well as interpreting the submitted information.
Cons
- You have to pay for each additional user which costs and can add up. Naming the app Forms and the company Device Magic confused our staff sometimes, too.
- The only downside is that once a form is dispatched to a device, it cannot be subsequently edited, in any way other than transferring to a different device.
- Some of the integrations are limited. It is a bit more difficult to use 'live' data as a source within the forms.
Pros
- GoFormz has improved over the last couple of years with a number of updates. The customer service is excellent - always responding to questions in a timely manner and being very helpful.
- GoFormz is a very simple platform to learn; accompanied by friendly support people to help you get started. Impressed by the flexibility of what you can create.
- This has saved us countless hours of review time and has improved the quality of our project documentation, which ultimately improves our ability to fund these projects.
Cons
- When I first started the application I struggled a little bit with navigating thru the software. Mostly due to my lack of computer skills.
- Con: Filling out forms on website looses some functionality compared to mobile platform.
- There is more accountability, less paper work is being lost or damaged or left incomplete. The reports that are generated give snap shots that are extremely useful monitoring performance.
