Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very good just want more because they are that good. Great product and great programming of it.
- They benefitted from the ease of use and increased standard of quality of their work.
- The best feature about the software is that you can have multiple submission data stores, which gives great flexibility for storing data as well as interpreting the submitted information.
Cons
- You have to pay for each additional user which costs and can add up. Naming the app Forms and the company Device Magic confused our staff sometimes, too.
- The only downside is that once a form is dispatched to a device, it cannot be subsequently edited, in any way other than transferring to a different device.
- Some of the integrations are limited. It is a bit more difficult to use 'live' data as a source within the forms.
Pros
- I also must mention it interface this platform has which for me is very important in working process, it's so seamlessly perfect. And of course, reporting.
- The platform offers a delightful and user-friendly experience, both for me and my clients, featuring a fun and modern design.
- The best feature are the easy to implement forms with lots of convenient ways to get the right kind of data in the right kind of way. Clients love using them, and I love making them.
Cons
- Unable to remove their branding unless you pay twice as much. So essentially you have to pay €40 more every month just to remove their branding.
- Unfortunately the editor is sometimes very slow if you have several logical steps and questions. Furthermore the own integration to Airtable is very bad, we prefer to use paper in between.
- Internal reporting tools are limited. The jump between pro and premium was a little hard to swallow and there is no options for any ala cart features.
