Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The interface is easy to use and it makes it very easy!

  • It is fairly easy to use and the reporting features are nice to have.

  • Cons

  • Although the filtering is a great feature I use all the time, I don't like how you have to select all when you want to switch from one location to another.

  • The only thing I would say I didn't like was that I had to pay for it. The price is not bad though so not really a con in my book either but that would be my only complaint.

  • Pros

  • It was great for me to know what our customers think about us. A great way to add some post sale assistence.

  • Easy to use, great technical support, various types of questions enable user to make really relevant questionnaire.

  • Cons

  • It is only a pity that the possibilities (eg to export results) in the free version are rather limited. The premium services are not cheap and can only be purchased annually.

  • One of the drawbacks of Survio is that it is not possible to edit the size of columns in question types and it is not possible to change the font size.
