Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to setup and customize. Nothing flashy here, but also not expensive. You know what you are paying for. This can help you get results quickly.

  • Super simple and easy to use Very user friendly

  • Cons

  • Worked well with Constant and Contact and NEON CRM but we did not find it as adaptable/integrateable with MS Access.

  • It can be difficult at the beginning to handle all the raw data, once you get a hang of it you will find how useful is all the information.

  • Pros

  • It was great for me to know what our customers think about us. A great way to add some post sale assistence.

  • Easy to use, great technical support, various types of questions enable user to make really relevant questionnaire.

  • Cons

  • It is only a pity that the possibilities (eg to export results) in the free version are rather limited. The premium services are not cheap and can only be purchased annually.

  • One of the drawbacks of Survio is that it is not possible to edit the size of columns in question types and it is not possible to change the font size.
