The software is very simple to use initially, but has some fun tricks you can pick up on with repeated use. It's very well organized, and has a lot of strong built-in tools.

Overall, the software does a decent job taking information, running it through current tax law, and inputting on forms. I like how it integrates with Engagement.

Dependency to Microsoft Office make it costly on software licenses.

They also have customer support that is usually very good, as some support personnel are also the software developers during the busy season.

The addons may also not “load” into their intended software, which can be a difficult issue to fix if the user is not experienced.

I love that you usually can figure out how the software is calculating by using the F1 help function.

For any firm that is medium sized, this is the best option you have for your software.

I have found this to be one of the best tax preparation software's that I have used and even though it is more costly than most others, it is a good value.

Tax is complicated so I get that they can't program fro everything that may come up but sometimes it is a struggle to get simple things right.

I like that the software is user friendly, easy to understand, and accurate. The information flows smoothly from the input to the tax return.

They were always working on it and adding new features. Support people were very good on the phone.

The chat support is very knowledgeable for when you just can't figure things out. Constant updates means they are always working towards a better, more accurate product.

This can certainly be frustrating when you need to get your work done.

The integration with other CCH products is superb.

Overall even though they are expensive I think they are the best on the market.

Reliable software and good support. It's not perfect, but the administration is simple and straightforward.

Glitches in software calculation abound. Lack of knowledge of support...if you actually are able to get to a live person on the phone.

I like that you can do more with this software than other tax programs.

This may cause the entire Microsoft Suite to lock up or freeze, which can create severe issues if the user is not diligent in saving their work.

Functionality is better than most of the other tax software out there, navigation to frequently used items is decent. Read the cons, but this is still likely the best option out there.

Jacked up prices, extortionist mentality,  poor business practices, unprofessional support, machiavellian attitude sales doctrines, etc.

There are times when we bump into a defect, these defects will impact our business processes and users.

Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

I recently switched over to Netsuite and I have really enjoyed it so far. It seemed like I picked it up after only a few days of using it.

I really like this program better than sales force because it’s easier to Navigate set of the systems.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.

When NetSuite has errors, they tend to be very bad ones and take a while to get fixed, which hurts our daily business.

I like that I can store all of the companies information in one place. I like that our customers are easy to find.

The structure of Estimate > Sales Order > Invoice is nice. Use of Tasks and Customer notes, contacts and related information is also nice.

You can integrate with any other application and also it's very fast and reliable. This can be the good solution for EDI also.

I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.

The robust features that come out of the box are great. I like the abundance of add on Modules and Suiteapps available.

It helps tie costs and resources to a project code and manage expense approvals and reporting. Woud really like some features for mass uploads to save time.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.

The video tutorials are very monotone and boring.
