The only thing I can think of is that sometimes the desktop app wont launch with Windows. I am not sure if that is an issue with my PC though.

For the last month, all the updates are a huge breakthrough. Hope the guys will continue to work on improving their product.

You need to keep this in mind because if you are looking for ways to look at projects from different views (e.g. list, Kanban, timeline or Gantt chart) you are going to be disappointed.

We use it for internal communication. Love how easy it is and feel very comfortable chatting there.

Free form search is great and lets us find a previous thread topic easily. Administration is also a snap.

Chanty is super easy and intuitive to use. Setting it up and getting started with your team takes minutes and anyone with basic IT literacy can use it.

The uptime isn't always 100% guaranteed, but we've had fewer problems with it as time went by.

Lack of features, integrations, terrible company behind it.

Probably,  the most intuitive and easy to use chat for teams, valuing collaboration and effective communication. I am huge fan of tasks features - it really helps to organize workflow and save time.

The Chanty team has been super responsive in regards to feedback for new features, and community engagement letting people know what is going on in the development process.

Quick, fast and clear to learn, solid value and not messed up with too many options, lets us communicate across time zones effectively as we have staff in multiple locations including Philippines.

Ease of use as well, my team adapted rapidly. Voice messages are the most important tool we have to communicate between us, no third party as sleack.

I love that they've added tasks and the ability to manage a team space. Btw, the Facebook community is so much fun.

Simplicity is one of the most important features this software has.

Cons of Chanty are the inability to mute channels and the lack of a dark theme for mobile.

I really like things that do exactly what they are supposed to.

For the primary purpose of communication, you really can't beat Chanty in terms of simplicity, ease of use and finally, the price.

Lack of custom emojis and advanced customization.

Only a lack of audio calls prevent Chanty from becoming a leading communication software.

The task management system is robust enough to even function as a makeshift costumer service hub. They've even recently added the ability to integrate Rock with other workspace apps like Trello.

Ease of use is especially important when you work with people outside of your org - and ease of use is what Rock provides. We can  organize several aspects of our work (projects, tasks, notes etc.).

The task management is easy and the feature of mentioning tasks is awesome. The interface is good too.

And if this wasn't enough, there are the mini-apps and integrations with the likes of Google Drive and Zoom, which let you use Rock in combination with them.

Communication internally and externally both synchronously and asynchronously. Especially the second I have not seen in such ease yet anywhere else.

The added ability to integrate Google Drive and Zoom into the software, along with a solid mobile app make it very versatile.

The price point and core functionality. The free version is more than up to the task of meeting all the needs of any small team collaborating on a project.

No possibility to integrate other solutions at the moment, also not via Zapier to build it on your own.

There is no possibility for external apps or integrations, unlike Slack. I couldn't integrate Notion with Rock or install any other app for team management.

I love that Rock is a very strong competitor and even better than Slack's features. It freemium and I can use it with all my teams.

Rock is really easy to use especially working with external organizations and clients as I can just invite them to a space, share documents, tasks and even set up video meetings.

Chat/Messages is of course very important and I love that you can chat on each space and thus focus the conversation on the Space's content.

Excellent tool for quick team communication and task management.

That's why I appreciate about Rock, and I think this is something that makes it a potential online business hub for businesses of all kinds.
