Basecamp vs Chanty

This software is great overall, but sometimes the search feature can be a bit finicky.

Design isn't great as the application is not very easy to use so some people can have trouble learning how to use it. Other than that, I believe it's a great application

Sometimes there are glitches with audio calls, but it usually happens once per week for an hour or two and then it’s gone. I think they are working on fixing this issue.

Only a lack of audio calls prevent Chanty from becoming a leading communication software.
