Works pretty decently as we needed a better way to contact everyone even if they weren't here for a few days.

What I don't like is that there is no way of known if an individual has received and/or read the notification.

Small group or 1 on 1 messaging without having to share personal cell # between staff members. Being remote 100% has been a challenge but Crew saved our team.

When wanting to give a quick thumbs up or respond without words, it is difficult to understand how this is done or how to simply react to a message.

A little feedback from staff about late PM messaging, but that also happened in a group text too. The task assignments are a little difficult to edit recurring tasks.

When someone joins it sends an intro to the whole group, some find that embarrassing.

It is a great way for our team to communicate more effectively and efficiently and with less confusition on who messages are intended for.

Lots of space for file storage and sharing. Immediate responses and notifications when someone needs help.

We love it using Crew for our scheduling and communication between co-workers.

My partner company started with crew, then left to a competitor product that turned out to be awful for our needs.

Super easy deployment, versatility in how your structure the communication portals and makes schedule switching functional.

My only complaint would be that here and there I won't get notifications through the app and I miss important messages.

You couldn't create a schedule without it going out to the staff.

I love how easy the software is to use for communicating with other crew members. It's quick and effective and linking your number allows for quick access.

It is easy to send a mass text to all of my staff and we are able to send announcements to everyone quickly. It makes communicating simple information to everyone quickly and effectively.

It's so easy to use and keep the whole crew connected and communicating.

I have the ability to set up password protected tabs and that is great for managerial information. I am able to communicate with my entire team effectively.

Teams is by far the best all in 1 working from home solution currently available. It has excellent quality video and audio and lots of features that make life easier.

Microsoft Teams is a great software that enables uninterrupted communication among colleagues. It is very reliable and cost-effective.

Another annoying function is that anyone can mute everyone, resulting in a confusing mess when more than one person tries to speak. A hierarchical approach to the problem would make sense.

We had this problem of not being able to connect to Microsoft Teams and the lack of a support channel we were unable to solve the problem.

We share files and other Task posts and are always concerned about someone accidentally deleting something and how we'd be able to recover or Go Back. Not sure, but it might just be my ignorance.

Teams overall is great and I’d recommend it. The platform for not just calls is good, but the internal communication that it allows for is second to none.

It is a simple, easy to use software with robust features to allow good communication via chat, and great live chat. Including blurring the background.

Also, the integration with Microsoft Outlook is apparently difficult, and according to our IT department, it was quite costly.

It's really easy to use and easy to manager, the video and sound are great quality and connectivity is reliable.

With the current pandemic situation, Teams has been a big lifesaver to us. It is easy to use, all integrated application with good customer support.

It does not obey the the OS X so not disturb setting. There is a horrible waste of whitespace.

What I like most about MS Teams is the collaborative ability it affords teams to more effectively work together, especially where operational continuity is an imperative for certain processes.

Microsoft Teams is a great app for communication among company members as it's easy to use. It comes as part of Microsoft Office package which makes it a great value for money.

Good, I have enjoyed using microsoft Teams, its a great way to get information to coworkers quickly.

I like the creativity built in with video backgrounds and the ability to choose your own pictures/themes. Definitely made some office meetings more fun.

It also has a very good customer support to help in accessibility and support of software.

For the most part, I and most of my organization struggle with Teams. It is fairly poorly designed and that comes from its clunky architecture.

Sound quality is excellent, easy to user, layout is great and I love the built in integration with OneDrive and SharePoint. Makes collaboration a breeze.

When you have a bad internet connection, the video and audio are bad compare to zoom with the same internet condition.

I have used Teams a few times as a user, I have found it easy to navigate, good picture quality and solid product really. Premium accounts are well priced too, good functions.

Not only does it provide good video and sound quality but it also enable users to utilize useful function and integration like background theme, file sharing or private rooms.

The interface is amazing and its combination with windows makes it easy to learn and use. Its a great utility for mutiple purposes.

Audio and video quality is very good. Very easy to manage and share meeting notes as you can instantly them over chat and they will persist.

The call quality is fantastic, significantly better than Slack. I was surprised that it actually offered a dark mode on OSX.

There are many creative ways to use and integrate Teams into your work day, both for productivity and pleasure.
