Getting mobile app and making it running is little bit hard because you need to know your chat server and its little bit hard for most people.

It has the PlayBook plug in right off the bat. Playbook helps assign various tasks in case of disaster and keeps a log of whatever is done and sent, so collaboration is good.

Like I just said, full and easy auditing of the stack. The API is clean enough to pair with pretty much anything.

We switched to this product because of lower price and option to have self-hosted messenger. Allows you to create secured and perfect internal communication and collaboration tool.

It is very well designed, it allows usage of emojis and gifs, so communication within platform is fun after hard working day.

Chat options, the emojis all the perfect. The integrations with 3rd party tools is also so easy and smooth.

I would highly recommend Mattermost for those looking for an intuitive instant messaging software suited for professional use.

I like the ability to build very specific groups and control notifications in each group. Was a previous Slack user but Slack doesn't fit with our security requirements and the cost.

That's a nice alternative to Slack. Managing channels and using the entire product is very easy and intuitive.

Also, it's very easy to deploy and integrate. Ensures really secure collaboration.

The interface is attractive. You can use a Mattermost app or you can use the web interface.

It's very easy to use, and as far as I can tell works alot like slack. I'm not sure if it has as many plug-in options but that's not something I'd use anyway.

It's a good workspace platform for people who remote work and for me it helps communicate many work-related things easily.

There are multiple examples on installing and running Mattermost in different cloud hosting environments, and the user community is also very helpful.

Self-reliance is pretty key - plus the cost of licensing Slack was wildly disproportional to the value gained for 900+ person company.

We can easily integrate its available APIs to be used within custom applications. It provides many chat features like one-on-one chat as well as Group chat features including file sharing features.

Well, sometimes, I can't find the message I'm looking for with the research feature, but it surely is caused by bad search terms.

It is quite annoying to search in the history of the chats because of the scroll that is  continuously moving because for the async load.

Hard to see the history of the chats. You can not search in a concrete chat.

I am using this software from last 1year and the experience is amazing. This software provides great features and it is so user friendly.

The best thing about mattermost is it has minimal crashed unlike Skype and here we can create groups and have the groups without the need to create the groups again and again.

I really like using LARK Doc for its commenting capabilities. Video conferencing is easy to set up, and the A/V quality is stellar.

The mobile version was hard for some employees.

Google calendar can be integrated, and if you have your phone with you and lark installed on it, life is like haven. Conferences and meetins are a breeze, especially with screen sharing.

What I like most about it is that in addition to enabling real-time communication, it allows users to create to-do lists, assign tasks to team members, and track task progress.

The file sharing is a seamless experience across the organization. The collaborative tools is great since you can add multiple team members in one document and assign tasks accordingly.

Difficult to set up lark meetings everything is everywhere the UX design could be simplified.

We've been using the app for more than a year now, and I have to say it has improved its features and added new ones along the way. It's a great replacement for Skype or Zoom.

My only slight problem was that while video conferencing, the chat interface is very small and difficult to navigate.

Lark is an excellent business communication and collaboration application that offers a wide range of features to help teams work together more efficiently.

Not every company in same industry are using , so sometimes get limitation for external communications.

The Lark video is again impressive as it allows you to give access to your team members laptop if needed and also share files within the call.

It has an excellent UI, easily understandable for beginners. Sharing documents and files among your team members and changing access settings are a breeze.

Lark has all the features that we need in 1  app. The attendance app is really useful to manage the team.
