  • VERY easy to use, great tech support, patients love it.
  • We like the ease of adding other people and translators to the call as well as transferring the call.
  • Cons

  • Occasionally video does not work on certain phones.
  • Frequent connection problems. However, IRONICALLY, you ask my feedback today, when YESTERDAY was the first time that no connection was able to be made.

  • I particularly love how the treatment objectives auto-populate into progress notes to keep you on track with monitoring and updating those.
  • It was relatively straightforward, great price, could do insurance billing for you, includes treatment planning, integrated CC processing.
  • Cons

  • Clients can cancel appointments through the portal, which then notifies the clinician, but if a clinician cancels an appointment, again no notification is sent out to the client.
