As a patient, not everyone has internet access. And some of the information on there can be confusing.

Worst is that it is inefficient. Also, that they will have a  feature we like and it will be broken with the next upgrade.

The lack of new features and the lack of complete integration between the EHR and the EPM, the lack of integration causes issues in development.

Difficulty to find needed information and navigating through charts, it’s just a confusing software.

Great features (if you can get them installed), good ease of use.

Overall, I love using this website for medical information and record updates. I love being able to schedule appointments for my kids and I, it makes it really easy.

Support team was very helpful on getting the software up and running. I love that this program is on the cloud and I can access it from anywhere and they information is stored in the cloud.

I dislike the fact that they don't have a bigger stack in the hospital industry of healthcare. I think this needs to change particularly with their api and interoperability stack.

Again this is so user friendly. I have found it easy to learn and navigate.

I did like the clear interface and the cost was reasonable. Easy log in and creating an account was simple.

I have had a wonderful experience with this software and it's auxiliary products. Even when things don't go as expected their customer support has been on top of it.

I was never formally trained on the software, but I found it very confusing to use.

Very slow response times on reported software issues. Poor responses -seems to be automated responses.

Also, you aren't reimbursed always with a new lead when the contact info isn't correct for the lead. That means a loss of money for the user.

Their commitment to customer success with new edge technologies has been a great shift and kept me as a customer.

I requested the record for 2 weeks and still have not received the record. I had missed the deadline, now probably in contempt of court.

As a daily basis user, I like it's function and future diagnostic features. Which helps me to improve my skills.

I love this software it helps me at work with helping  me take notes for the doctors. To be able to view patient medical and add if needed.

It’s certainly not the best. Cerner and epic are better.

I would say that the worst part of this system is that when the internet is down, you really have no access.

Every EHR system has its pros and cons, but I believe Nextgen Office has a very good combination of ease of  use and overall cost.

This is a frustrating industry dealing with insurance companies.

All in all it's a pretty good system, it just needs some adjusting in the report options and a few other areas.

It is a comprehensive package in that it integrates the clinical side with the billing side. They do update on a regular basis.

I like that this is so user friendly. I find that it is easy to pick up and use fast.

Limited Customization & Difficult Corporate Team.

It is extremely user friendly and straightforward. One of my favorite features is how you can set access and abilities for each user and their specific role/responsibilities.

Additionally, training for the entire product is needed if not you will easily get lost. The price of a system is also up there so we warned.

Customer service was fantastic when this was Healthfusion.

At $100 and $10/a lead, with one bad lead, no reimbursement equates to 10.

Easy to use rapid billing of insurance claims to insurance companies for chiropractic patients receiving care in my clinic. Great customer support from NextGen for problem claims.

Sometimes it malfunctions and came up with errors. I think it should be reprogrammed with debugging.

I was unhappy with the product because it slowed me down and required so much excess minutia in button clicking and scrolling. Overall it is a very inconvenient software to use.

Thera-LINK has improved significantly over the last 2 years, offering more features and a greater ease of use for myself and my clients.

Occasional technical problems occur, which may be related to internet service rather than thera-LINK.

That having been said I was also a bit disappointed that the service doesn't allow clients to pay for a SMS-based monthly therapy subscription.

I LOVE the virtual waiting room and music, as well as the ability to require payment prior to session. I appreciate the responsive, effective, and professional assistance and technical support.

Images, music and overall look is appealing. Love that money is collected prior to joining session.

They answer their phones, respond to emails, and in short, are ready to help. An additional nice feature in their ability to allow communication via messaging between client and therapist.

I feel that they really understand my needs as a therapist as well as a business owner. I especially appreciate that they have experience as therapists themselves.

If anything, seems difficult to change a client's name, once you/they establish an account.

It's easy to use and increasingly growing in functionality and features. The interface is clean and the video and audio quality are consistently strong.

Picture and audio are clear. It doesn't have a bunch of unnecessary features or require a great deal of technical expertise.

It creates a n organized system backed by excellent customer support for a fraction of the cost of other similar platforms.

Thera-LINK's customer service has been excellent from the start. I am the owner of a private practice, and I was new to using Tele-Medicine technology.

When the Tele-Medicine volume surged during the pandemic, Thera-LINK was able to accommodate increased needs without any disruptions of quality service.

The software is intuitive and fluid; the tutorials are short and easy to understand. They are about continuous improvement and I like that.

The support staff at Thera-LINK are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Great software and support.

My experience has been excellent. Customer service is fantastic and the program is simple to use.

This platform has been a hit with clients that have transferred from the larger platforms- they love the ease of access.

The worst part about the desktop platform is their customer service they can take hours or days to respond to your request via their online chat.

This software helps with reducing the cost of no-shows or cancelations b/c of its ease to use and convenience to patients.

I least like the glitches that cause screen freezes and loss of video. These make it difficult to have consistently complete sessions.

Another great feature of Thera-LINK is that it allows you to connect with other clinicians for video conferencing for free.
