It was very easy to enter our programs into the Rezgo system. We created one full program, then could duplicate and modify after that, making entering our 300+ programs for the season go very quickly.

But most of all the customer service is outstanding. Every question we had, big or small, was answered and action upon on very quickly.

Super-easy to integrate with the WordPress plugin. Connected to Viator, Expedia and GetYourGuide, which helps a great deal to not have to manage availability on so many websites.

Can have people pay deposit but no follow up for full amount meaning you need to use other payment methods.

After the last update, I found it somewhat difficult when it came to looking for the Bookings of the day.

Great for startups because there are no set up cost and super fast customer service.

The information I got from these reports were priceless so it would be fantastic to have this on a dashboard in Rezgo.

It's always frightening when a software provider lets you know they a releasing a new update but Rezgo gave us over 9 months to prepare for the changes that were coming.

It is also very difficult if you run a tour at varying times per day.

Customers find it easy to use, as evidenced by online customer survey's we've conducted and the fact that in the 6+ years we've used it, I don't remember a single customer complaint about the process.

Its a very great system to work with and easy to customize. Their turn around time for support is very good and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Otherwise, the integration with our WP site went very smoothly. There technical support team is the best.

The customer service has been excellent and we're excited to have so many features available without having to purchase an expensive 'gold' package, like other services offer.

All other booking systems had issues, but Rezgo was the champion that never broke. Working with them is a treat.

This is a major part of our business and until we found Rezgo we were not sure how to continue without major surcharges or complicated systems. We are so happy because Rezgo does exactly what we need.

And their pricing is perfectly affordable. No hidden or extra costs, just one monthly fee based on a generous tier of registrations each month.

I can't stress the latter enough, and it makes me feel very uncomfortable about dealing with them long term.

Easy-ish to use Booking Software with limited features.

Flexible, intuitive, and useful. Their support staff is prompt and helpful, with incredible service.

The price is competitive. They are always upgraded their software.

The Bookeo System is inexpensive, connects to PayPal, super easy to set up, and allows for multiple instructors to access the system. Creating new one-off classes is easy as well as canceling classes.

Lately its been taking too long on my website and  I am losing a lot of business because of it. It never used to be that way.

Customer service is on the ball and very helpful. I love that I have payment options at time of booking, to chose from like pay now, deposit or do nothing.

If the interface was cleaned up it would have been a winner. Another provider quoted us $6000 per year for almost the exact same features as Bookeo.

It has been very user friendly on both the administrative and customer ends. We were able to successfully integrate it onto our personal website as well as other social media pages very easily.

It was a little confusing at first trying to understand all of the terminology.

This program worked amazing for our reservations.

The main thing that I dislike about Bookeo is their appalling customer service.

Bookeo, really guys I love you, best product, best support. They are always quick to reply and help you find a solution.

No way to auto-populate timezones which caused much confusion for customers and missed classes. Integration with Google calendar but not customizable, doesn't allow for Google calendar notifications.

The reporting feature is invaluable to our business and our forcasting. I love the seamless integration with our website.

Easy to use and if  there's anything I can't undertsnd I can get prompt and efficient help from Bookeo.

Great detail to modifications and customer information requirements. EXCELLENT and fast customer service.

I don't feel that a customer should have to pay an additional fee to do business with you.

Ability for so many options for classes/courses.

I suggested to my client to just link to the portal instead but they said no.

Initially it was the price that was the main selling point. I love that I pay a flat fee each month, not a percentage of our sales, which is what I found on most other software.

I liked the ease of use and unlimited custom fields, having both a booking and customer info in one system.

I also like that we can capture guest information and sync bookeo to our mailchimp and google calendars.

I used Bookeo for a long time, and it was a great value for the money. I just outgrew the software, and needed something with more functionality.

Very easy to navigate for our side. Everything is on a thin list, and it's easy to search for things.
