Pros/Cons
Pros
- I have been using it for only a month and I am delighted. It is ergonomic, easy to handle although it has tons of features and visually pleasant to use on a daily basis.
- I love the facility for making the quotes more dinamic for our clients, the customer service is amazing, no matter the time I always get a response from you.
- Very intuitive for us as a users, and visually attractive for the client. The team is super reactive and doing their best to improve the program daily, according to our needs.
Cons
- When I exposed that to the manager they denied to refund me.
- It had been announced to me for this period but it would seem that this is not the case and I regret it.
- I do not have enough recoil for the negative points. I am gradually learning to use it.
Pros
- So good to get such a quick flights overview, combined with a real time booking for cars and hotels as well. Good also that all loyalty cards/numbers area automatically loaded.
- It is easy and quick to use both the app and the website, and if you encounter any difficulties, the charming TravelPerk team rush to your aid. Lovely to find such good service and tech in one place.
- I absolutely love TravelPerk. It was a super easy implementation and easy to use as an end-user.
Cons
- The only problem that I found was about hotel research.
- Poor customer support, they are just a reseller, not bearing any responsibility for possible issues.
- Currently there's no way to find if a specific hotel is included in the search results other than scrolling through the entire list.
