  • Pros

  • I have been using it for only a month and I am delighted. It is ergonomic, easy to handle although it has tons of features and visually pleasant to use on a daily basis.
  • I love the facility for making the quotes more dinamic for our clients, the customer service is amazing, no matter the time I always get a response from you.
  • Very intuitive for us as a users, and visually attractive for the client. The team is super reactive and doing their best to improve the program daily, according to our needs.
  • Cons

  • When I exposed that to the manager they denied to refund me.
  • It had been announced to me for this period but it would seem that this is not the case and I regret it.
  • I do not have enough recoil for the negative points. I am gradually learning to use it.

  • The overall experience has been outstanding. It is a great product for a very reasonable price.
  • Ease of functionality from both a guest and staff point of view. Reporting is excellent, let’s be honest everyone loves a good chart especially when growth is shown YOY.

  • We've encountered text formatting problems when entering text information for a trip especially when cutting & pasting text or links.
  • There is one report I work off that I can't go back a page without the app going down. This is the only problem, though.
  • Set up was a bit difficult without a lot of reaching out to the development team and customer service. Because it is a pop-up, it is difficult to track conversions for PPC.
