I also like its ability to integrate with airlines and hotels booking, so I don't have to go to those reservation sites separately.

Pretty solid controls on travel, keeping employees from paying for upgraded flights/cars that are out of policy. Expense reporting is good.

Ease of use, ability to create expense reports on the fly and submit for approval while still traveling is awesome.

There should be provision where cancelled transition returned to user if it paid already. This is the one seem missing in this.

So, my partner and I can manage our budget accordingly. My favorite feature about SAP Concur is its ability to capture hotel or gas bills as an image and attach it to a specific project.

I use this frequently, and find it to be relatively quick and simple to understand after the initial learning curve. Impressive functionality and integration opportunities.

My only regret is not agreeing to transition from Concur to Center sooner.
