Pros/Cons

Pros
This Software is Easy to use , good price versus quality
Very user friendly. Didn't take long at all to get up and running. Excellent turnaround on the few questions I had.

Cons
It takes quite a bit of time to setup initially, especially if you do not have any HTML experience. The support staff is great to work with though and once it is setup, things are very automated.
there were a few things i had problems with but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] typically accommodated a change.

Pros
The value of the product is great for anyone with 10 or less units.
Absolutely everything! Price, no hidden fees, easy, handy, perfect!

Cons
Green interface colour, would prefer more options to choose from. But that's just small subjective detail. Otherwise everything is great.
The integration was a bit tricky, but this is inevitable any time you're integrating a channel partner. You have to make sure all the 'pipes' are connected!
