Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great customer support. Easy to use once you master the basics, but you can always check out the training videos or schedule your own training call.

  • I like the easiness of the program and the way you can navigate through all aspects. Also the integration aspect with other programs and websites makes it super easy to run our business!

  • Cons

  • Ciirus is getting better, but it does not handle Canadian taxes well - we have developed workarounds but don't think we should need to.

  • It is a little hard to maneuver in the beginning but once you use it repeatedly you are able to find a flow.

  • Pros

  • Very flexible; very customizable; excellent, prompt support; excellent documentation

  • It has all we need. Support is very responsive and always helpful.

  • Cons

  • Not the best phone support, however their online ticketing system is very very good and their documentation is very comprehensive.

  • Integration with Quickbooks Online is not very good. It would be nice to generate housekeeping reports that easily have guest email & mobile number for housekeeping lead.
