Our overall experience has been a good one. I know there will always be hiccups along the way, but being able to reach out to a responsive support team is critical. So if it wasn't for the Escapia support team coming to the rescue during those times, my rating would probably not be as good.

Over the last 2 years, I've learned a lot of different features in Escapia but learned new things along the way.

I have been using Escapia for 5 years now and overall it has saved us an incredible amount of hours we used to spend doing things manually. It does take a considerable amount of time to setup automations, owner contracts, etc. and just learn all the ins and outs in general. However, their implementation teams are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they have great training articles and videos.

The trust accounting capabilities within the system has greatly improved the speed and accuracy in which we complete our month end accounting procedures, and also provides our owners with very detailed financial statements. Also their integration/mapping with Vrbo is second to none.

They are working on a lot of new features and improvements which is very exciting. However, sometimes they announce them way too early in my opinion and they should instead have a solid launch date to provide before announcing.

We used Escapia for more than 8 years but we had to always rely on third party solutions to connect with Airbnb, Inntopia and even our own website, so we decided to move away to a more modern and friendly solution. Bit don’t get me wrong, Escapia even though dated is extremely well designed and work very well.

The accounting, housekeeping and work order modules are incredibly well designed.

The pricing module is not friendly and cumbersome. Doesn’t have a direct connection with Airbnb and doesn’t have a built in website solution

Escapia has evolved over the years, so much so, that I believe we stuck with the right software and appreciate how modules have been updated and improved. Still more to go in my opinion but it is making my job easier as time goes by. Thank you.

Support Team is outstanding - friendly, efficient and patient saints!

Inflexible in certain areas. We have had to make accommodations to the software in order to satisfy our business model: (i.e. when it comes to managing 30 day rentals, the calendars and rates need to be closely monitored; we pay our internal reservations a commission based on rent revenue and had to devise a way to track this over and above 3rd party agent commissions; we have policies that differ by property and some functionality must be universal for all properties.

We, know well what we are working with and the issues that Escapia has. The benefits of the use of Escapia, far out weigh the "gremlins" in Escapia. Customer support is great service.

Escapia is all inclusive, from bookings to owner payouts. It has everything needed for guests, business and owners.

The "Gremlins"...Escapia has them, make no mistake about knowing that they are in the program. We actually left Escapia after 10 years of use, to purchase a booking platform that was a one and done upfront cost. We stayed only 3 months using that booking platform and came back to Escapia. For us, it was the devil you know, vs. the devil you don't. Escapia does have 95% of what we need.
