Incredibly Easy To Use AI-Based Property Management Software.

In my business, timely customer service and communication is critical. I like the solution because it reduces the amount of friction having multiple providers requires.

Hard to set up, it took over a week. Lost connection with wheelhouse (our pricing software) and I got lots of booking at extremely low rates.

Also, their AI is amazing. It helps you reply to guest reviews in their language which has made my life way easier.

The platform is really nice and easy to use, and the hands-on support that we get from their team is top-notch.

Setting up the software was difficult for our group.

Now everything is puffy, seems cluttered with pulldown and pop ups. A pain for a busy front desk.

We implemented the booking tool on our website and it has been wonderful. I have been exploring the additional features and slowly utilizing more of what WRP has to offer.

WebRezPro is a great PMS solution for us expecially with its huge number of integrated online travel agencies over the internet.

What I love about WebRezPro is the fact that it integrates so well with other tools, like our channel manager and CRM.

I like that it's cloud based. It's easy for me to log in from home if I need to help an associate.

It does not work well at all on a mobile device.

The reservation and calendar features are awesome. It helps organize and manage our 18-condo resort.

I am in accounting, I like that it has interfaces for the other software we use.

When we first started we were so thrilled to have a fantastic calendar to utilize and see our occupancy in a snapshot view.

The system is moderately easy to use and the customer service team is amazing to help when you need it.

Just kidding of course ... but really it would be hard to identify something we don't like.
