game changing tool for my rental properties
streamlines my rental properties - the cleaning and maintenance piece can all be managed with Tidy
PROSWe've tried many different ways of managing cleanings and maintenance for our rentals. This was the most seamless tool we've tried - I'm so relieved to have found Tidy. New features are released all the time - I feel like they 'get' my pain points and are making them less painful.
CONSTidy has been in business for a long time, but this particular product (for rental properties) is a pretty new product for them, from what I understand. There were a few glitches at first, but customer support was super quick to respond and make it right.

Makes cleaning and maintenance management easy.
I sync with Hostaway and automate turnover cleanings to my properties.
PROSThis tool gives me a great overview of all properties, cleaning, and maintenance at my properties. Managing these things is hard, we love TIDY as a way to make all this easy.
CONSI wish it had SSO for my organization to make logging in easier.
