Pros/Cons
Pros
- This is a great program that we've utilized for 20 years. Would love to see some improvements, but overall happy with it.
- Ease of use for everyone in the practice. I like how things are laid out and that everything has a nice order to it.
- Secure, Reliable, Excellent Support, Customizable, once you understand what you can do, there is SO much you can do you practically forget and the rediscover and go back and do more.
Cons
- The lack of wellness plan offerings. We had to write it in ourselves which lead to many missed charges and extra discounts given since it wasn't automatic.
- In general Cornerstone is just a cumbersome software with a lot of inefficiency which is very annoying for ER work.
- Buggy, slow, and if I could give customer support a negative review I would. Our hospital has lost literally thousands of hours to trying to Macgyver this junk into working.
Pros
- I have not been disappointed and am continually impressed with how "user friendly" it is. The support I receive from Rajat is the best.
- Additionally, whenever we have had questions or suggestions to improve the functionality for our practice, The customer support team have been great. Definitely recommend this software.
- We have used this system for 3 years and have been very pleased with the functionality and simplicity of the software as well as the ability to train new staff members on its usage.
Cons
- At the start it was a bit confusing and frustrating to learn the flow of the program.
- We do not have to search for lost paper records anymore.
