The team at Digitail are friendly and responsive, which has a single doctor practice is extremely helpful.

They also weren't able to access our server and had limited capabilities once they logged on to our system. It's just been incredibly frustrating all around.

We needed medical records and a system that would download line item detail into Quickbooks so that we could stop doing double entry. We love that Vetter allows for MWI and Abaxis integration.

I was absolutely amazed at how good the customer service is, as they quickly responded all our emails, or calls with answers to all our questions.

I refused to pay for these as it cost me clients. I finally asked for my data in a disc format,they held my data hostage for 10 mos.

Love the fact that we don't need a server or have to purchase expensive software. Accepting payments is easy with their integrated payment processing and we don't need fancy terminals to do it.

Lack of automated or custom reports. Lack of key metrics and KPIs in reports (e.g. COGS).

I love that it is cloud based , it helps me help clients even when out of the office. You will not find better customer service anywhere!!! They are always there when you need them.

There is no current report that will tell me how much pharmacy inventory is on my shelf and how that compares over time.

Vetter has been an excellent solution, and the team is incredibly responsive to our needs and requests.

As always with any PMS software, there are a few new features missing that were present in prior PMS packages.

It is not available offline which can make it difficult to use in remote areas and the inventory section took a while to learn.

We have thousands of dollars invested in this software. We are stuck with this company because it would be way too expensive to move our database to another company.
