  • Pros

  • Chat and internal team calls worked seamlessly and were easy. I like that it was backed by such a great tech company as well so you figured it had to be good.
  • Ease of use, fairly reasonable, and at a decent price point. Clear picture and usually good sound.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult to say but it is bad that our promotion is not popular.
  • Sometimes the software can be sluggish to respond, and improvements will take a few minutes to synchronize through devices.

  • I find it easy to use, reliable and my clients like it too so it provides my business what I need.
  • It's much easier for customers to use over something like Zoom.
  • Cons

  • During the call we can chat with the client, exchange links etc. The downside is that this system has no automated e-mail to the client with a chat transcript.
  • It seems to have a delay. I would like to see less of a delay.
