  • Pros

  • Great feature with the new panic Botton. Support team is fantastic and so polite and helpful.
  • It is easy, beautiful and direct to use. You do not need a graphic designer to help you with the designs as they have a variety of templates for you to choose from.
  • Cons

  • Bad customer service and technical issues. When we had an issue early in the day before our 7 PM webinar, there was no response for hours and there was never a response.
  • Their lies and lack of accountability and how they manipulate people when signing up to get your money.

  • The value of the comprehensive business package for the very affordable price.
  • I liked the usability with RingCentral. I was able to change the phone number on caller id very simply and it was a great integration with Salesforce.
  • Cons

  • There is a user limitation (max 4) on the RingCentral Meetings portion of the base software that really makes it unusable without upgrading, so that was a bit disappointing to find out.
  • The only complaint I have is that if you dont start your meeting within 5 minutes of logging into the meeting then the system kicks you out and you gave to call back in and start over.
