Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is incredibly easy for our presenters and attendees to use. While our presenters enjoy doing webinars, this is the first time they've described it as fun. It's a very clean interface.

  • Very easy to use, packed with features and a responsive team.

  • Cons

  • There was an issue with audio/video sync of recordings but it has been addressed.

  • The description of the webinar doesn't support bold, italic and other common word processing functions. It's not a show stopper for us, but it would be nice.

  • Pros

  • The software is very easy to use, friendly, fast and reliable, and the technical support was fabulous.

  • It is easy to navigate. In addition, the product is much more cost effective than other platforms. Their customer service is excellent!

  • Cons

  • The only thing we thought could have been enabled in the option to have automatic subtitles for all the videos. But, nonetheless, there was an option to add transcriptions, which served the purpose.

  • Chatroom function could be a little more sophisticated.
