This application is perfect for our business, with this real-time meeting collaboration tool, getting engaged with real-time meetings is possible, and that can be shared with everyone.

But when it doesn't, there is a major disruption to business and the perception of our clients is hurt. Wouldn't really recommend this product unless you have a full time IT Person to manage it.

The sales rep has always been available even after activating the product. I am so happy that I selected Ooma as our phones and fax provider.

Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.

Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.

Love that voice mail is sent in an email and the notification when I have an incoming call.
