Aline is A+!

We switched to Aline Phone Systems over a year ago and could not be happier. The service is top notch for several reasons. First, the customer service is fast, friendly and efficient. Any technical questions we have are answered quickly! Secondly, the interface is way easier than the competitors. We were up and running in no time. Thirdly, the Communicator app saved our business during lock down. It allowed us to run our business remotely and transition smoothly without any interruption to our sales! We highly recommend Aline Phone Systems.

PROS

We really appreciated the ease of use. The training was simple and the interface is very user friendly.

CONS

I am not super tech savvy, so set up was a little tricky, but thankfully the tech support was amazing!

Reason for choosing Aline

Their customer service and easy interface along with the Communicator app was the perfect fit for our growing business.

Reasons for switching to Aline

Needed a scaled phone system that was user friendly and available to allow for hidden remote communication.

Practical Usage

Customer service is super. Phone is very reliable with no problem with the systems, but sometimes the internet signal breaks up the call, but that is on my internet service provider.

PROS

Very helpful in managing my daily phone usage.

CONS

The stand alone directory in the desktop phone, however merging it with my outlook has been the perfect match.

Reasons for switching to Aline

I really prolonged it until finally I decided to do it. I'm glad I did.

The absolute worst customer support imaginabible

PROS

When the phones work they are good. When they don't good luck

CONS

SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE. They hide the fact when they have issues, will always say the issue is on your end, then leave you to figure it out.

Easy to use and setup

The service is excellent.

PROS

Low cost ease of use service that can scale as I grow my business.

CONS

I have not been able to find anything to hinder my ability to service my customers.

Needed an easier to user interface to spend time selling rather than administering the phone system.

Excellent customer service, easy to use

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been great to work with. On the sales side, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was solutions based and provided an excellent demo of the product. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] provides the correct level of check in service to ensure everything is working properly. I would highly recommend both the product and the organization.

PROS

The software itself is easy to use and I am the primary user. This system provides an excellent backup system for businesses that primarily use cell phones and/or have weaker signals in their home office.

CONS

Not really a con, but I don't use the mobile ap very often as I am primarily in my home office.

We love Aline!

PROS

Having access to the phone system when outside the office without having to use my personal cell phone # has been great. We never miss a call

CONS

I can't think of anything that I don't like about the software. It's been great.
