Axon Virtual PBX is an on-premise business VoIP solution designed to manage phone calls in a business or call center environment. Key features include multiple extensions, on-hold music, predictive dialing and digital call routing.

Axon can be combined with various NCH telephony applications which helps businesses to design a phone system according to their requirements. Standard PBX features include voicemail boxes for each extension and call transferring. Add-on modules include a predictive dialer for call centers, call recording and an auto attendant with interactive voice response (IVR). The solution can support analog phone lines via multiple hardware setups.

Additionally, Axon Virtual PBX features 'Dial Dictate' which is a phone-in dictation server and 'Quorum' call conferencing server. Perpetual license is offered for a one-time fee that includes support via phone and email.

Axon is easy to use and easy to scale

Pros

Very easy to use and teach your employees how to use. Scales incredibly fluidly so that it can be easily implemented across an entire organization

Cons

Doesn't have as many features as I'd like so sometimes it's difficult to accomplish the task at hand.

Pros

Its an easy to use product when you have a small company, the product is easy to install and to configure.

Cons

Need more features like CTI and ... but in the main subject all is good and its work fine. I try it and its a good one.
