"Not a vendor - a team member!"
Pros
The version I used at my last job, worked very well. However, our challenge was always anticipating what would be needed next to best serve my clients. The initial role-out was virtually flawless, and we got instant support - and no snippiness! - when it was clear I had made a mistake. But more important, we were prepared for anticipated necessary upgrades to our software. Nor was the preparation general or vague. We had very specific questions and we got very actionable responses, removing the last trace of anxiety about the product. At no time did I feel that this was a vendor customer relationship. They were part of us!
Cons
A change in jobs and a different set of needs lead to what I am sure will be only a temporary problem: finding the right hook to use these guys on upcoming projects

Highly Recommend
The call quality is crystal clear. When I request updates, they complete them almost immediately. If needed, a technician is on site - no questions asked. There’s a phone at home for emergencies over the weekends. Callifi makes it easy to run my business. PLUS they even were able to get me my favorite ringtone from when I started my business. Not sure what they can't do. I can not express in words how satisfied I am with Callifi. It has been such a pleasure to work with them. They do a fantastic job and they treat you like family. I highly recommend

Excellent experience!

Reliable Product. Excellent Service. Highly Recommend.
I am usually working with people all day and travelling often; so it's hard to pick up the phone and have people find me when I need. That's why the voicemail-to-email, find & follow me, auto-attendant, and excellent customer service have been so effective in boosting my productivity as well as maintaining a professional and focused reputation. My phone service has NEVER been interrupted so whereas I used to worry about phone issues hurting my business and causing me to lose revenue, I don't have to worry about that anymore. I've been really happy. They have been doing telecom their entire lives and know this stuff inside out. They taught me a lot about about how telecom can fit in better into my business.
Pros
Their customer service is SO good. They answer the phone immediately - I always get a real person and they solve the problems so quickly. They helped me pick the best features for my business like voicemail & fax to email, the auto-attendant, and the find & follow me with call forwarding so I can work from anywhere pretty easily. It's nice to have a real partner who actually cares.
Cons
I have not experienced any issues with Callifi thus far.
