There is really not much I can say negative about the dialer. I had an issue where it called the same state over and over.

Great service and awesome people to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for service.

If you are using soft phones don't run a lot of other software and keep your computers free of spyware or viruses. A busy or poorly running computer will also destroy call quality.

A few years ago we had problems with calls breaking up, but they have since fixed the problem.

Not only because of their easy to use and easy to understand software but because of the Awesome support team they have working along side.

The ease and simplicity of the user interface for my call center reps is superb, I really like the ability to run multiple data lists simutaneously and the multiple caller ID feature.

Ease of use and useful tools and interface, loading leads is easy and intuitive.

But when it doesn't, there is a major disruption to business and the perception of our clients is hurt. Wouldn't really recommend this product unless you have a full time IT Person to manage it.

The sales rep has always been available even after activating the product. I am so happy that I selected Ooma as our phones and fax provider.

Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.

Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.

Love that voice mail is sent in an email and the notification when I have an incoming call.

Easy integration, setup and porting of numbers. We like the ease of use of the virtual receptionist and the new SMS and text messaging is great.

Can be utilized in many different ways. Customer service is great.
