We found the best solution to provide our customers web meeting, conferencing and presentation solution without having a Helpdesk or a technician behind the solution.

The ease of getting it connected to our Logitech Conference equipment caused us to actually purchase a 2nd one for our smaller conference room.

A bit tricky to update and sometimes the pods had to be plugged in.

We have several now they are easy to install and easy for the end user to use.

Occasionally the unit will drop signal or have very bad leg or graininess on the image seems to get better after firmware updates.

Overall I’ve had pretty good experiences with a ClickShare customer seem to like them and they are easy to install and train users on.

Great software / hardware and extremely simple to use especially when outside people form the organization have to present. They do not have to be on your network - very secure.

It's been great the connection is very stable and reliable, I loved the customer service as well, they were there when I needed which is the best.

I don't like the skipping and lag for videos. It works fine sometimes, but seems to give me problems when I really need it to work.

The software is easy to use and easy to deploy. Barco is a well known brand in conferencing and the ClickShare conference is a must have product.

Easy of use, and stability of connection are two of the best features of this product, the fact that its wireless and it has small size is a good too.

The Clickshare Conference system is great for setting up conference rooms for 2 video conferencing and share the screen.

It may be different in the way it works, but you just have to get used to, I'm unsure if it works with macbook or the new MacBook m1 for example.

Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase and I do recommend it to friends and Colleagues.

I like having the option of using the button/dongle or the app. This provides great flexibility for various users.

The video/audio lag can be a little too much to deal with sometimes.

But when it doesn't, there is a major disruption to business and the perception of our clients is hurt. Wouldn't really recommend this product unless you have a full time IT Person to manage it.

The sales rep has always been available even after activating the product. I am so happy that I selected Ooma as our phones and fax provider.

Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.

Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.

Love that voice mail is sent in an email and the notification when I have an incoming call.

Easy integration, setup and porting of numbers. We like the ease of use of the virtual receptionist and the new SMS and text messaging is great.
