Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use for the dashboard that allows me to keep track of my number of daily calls. This makes it easier to fill out my end of day reports for my supervisors.

  • Cloudtalk is super easy to use and does the job that far more complex systems do, but much better. Very Intuitive. The support team is really friendly and very responsive.

  • Cons

  • small outages, but not often, it was probably caused by the Internet

  • We started to use CloudTalk more than 2 years ago, back then it was quite basic product with lots of features missing. But they managed to grow and add a lot of stuff and fix most of the issues.

  • Pros

  • This software fits with the way we wanted to broadcast our courses, easy to use, and great user experience. Clean and intuitive.

  • L'outil fonctionne très bien, l'ergonomie est adaptée, nos participants en redemandent L'équipe technique et l'équipe commerciale sont très réactives

  • Cons

  • The quality of the recorded replays could be better, but they are working on it. Other than that, its all great!

  • At first, the lack of content to know how to create a great webinar, but it remains a point of improvement I think
