Overall I love Google hangouts i like how its easy to use. If only there was a way to filter out scammers.but overall really good service.

There are issues with audio receiving etc. It is also oversimplified so it is also boring compared to it’s competitors such as messenger, imessage etc.

The one downside with this platform is the lack of additional features it has, compared to other videoconferencing tools.

The UI is beautiful and simple on both desktop and mobile, without any unnecessary options to overwhelm a user. Its great and unique features —I personally love the live captions and calendar syncing.

Start a big conference is easy and safe for all the team. In general the quality of the sound and image is good and the signal is stable, even when there are a lot of elements that can affect this.

Often grainy, slow, and hard to hear other users. Many users also often have trouble dialing in and connecting to the meeting.

Love how easy it is to use - great connectivity and the other person doesn't have to have a google account to accept the phone call.

Love the ability to receive texts on our main number, that can be shared with other techs.

We also had problems with numbers being correctly routed to Intulse for awhile; some of the 'upstream' providers had to revise the routing in order for calls to come in to the new system.

With the few initial hiccups we ran into, the support team was fantastic and provided exceptional help.

I have no downside to Intulse. Only downside is you need to have solid internet for VOIP service, but this is on your internet provider, not Intulse.

Supports most phones/setups and always available for help porting/new setups and training. Very stable for a hosted VoIP solution, and has only gotten better.

All of the options for customizing it to our business is perfect.

As an admin I can not see the details of the main line which is used by the office admin. This makes things very difficult.

Overall, I am very happy with Intulse due to their great Customer service.

It took a few times to get it right, but the Intulse team was great in helping get it all figured out and working.
