TALK for everyone

TALK offers a phone solution and that's what we were looking for. Most important for us was the fact that EVERYONE can have a full number. Other providers force you to buy a lot more expensive digital lines and give you free minutes, which you may or may not use or need. With TALK we can give every employee full phone access for an affordable price. When we make calls, we get charged, otherwise it is just 5$ base fee for a full line!!!

PROS

Coming from a traditional provider like RingCentral, TALK is a surprise when it comes to costs per line!!! It allows us to get a full line for everyone. Then charge for the usage... in other words "Customize your phone system and pay only for what you need!" Not overloaded with features I do NOT need and I have to pay for.

CONS

It's nothing to dislike... looking forward to more integrations.

Reasons for switching to Inperium Talk

Overall costs if you provide every employee a full digital line. Overloaded features in app. We do not use video, message, tasks, ... We do use other solutions here and it is confusing to have this overload in the RingCentral app.

Great Communications Tool

Very flexible organization. Offered great support to get up and running.

PROS

Of course the quality of the calls is excellent, but my organization greatly values the reporting insights gained to evaluate our team’s call responsiveness and performance.

CONS

We’re still integrating it into our processes and procedures, so there’s more for us to learn. So far so good though.
