itPBX is a cloud-based business VoIP solution that delivers a suite of business communication services to small and midsize organizations.

itPBX features include caller ID, VMX locator, call spy, dictation and more. Its VoIP telephonic system includes features such as call recording, call reporting, voicemail, and auto-attendant or interactive voice response (IVR) service.

Users can also set up call queues to place incoming calls in line or set the call on do not disturb mode when the callers are away or not taking any calls. itPBX provides assistance at the time of troubleshooting and offers repair services in case the phone system faces any issues.It offers an MS Exchange backup that helps the user to backup and restores data of their emails, calendar, tasks and contacts which are located in user’s mailbox.

itPBX is priced on a subscription basis and the support is offered via phone and email.

Their customer service is great! Our previous provider was bad about using off-shore support technicians and it would take days for us to get a response when we submitted a ticket. The staff at itPBX always respond and are very professional and helpful. They helped us set our entire system up including our auto attendant, call routing, on-hold music, and call schedules. Some of these things can be very difficult to do for non-technical users. Really pleased with the level of help they offer.

We had to purchase new phones when we switched from our landline phones, but they gave us great deals on the hardware.

Recommendations

We had to get a dedicated internet connection for our phone system when we switched from our landlines to VOIP. This is going to be necessary for any business that makes the switch and has more than a couple of phones. If you're looking to make a switch to VOIP, I would definitely recommend getting a dedicated line for your phones. The staff at itPBX were also able to help give us some recommendations because they also provide IT support services. We have about 40 phones and use a T1 for them and it works great for our phone system.
