Paging Service

PROS

This product is something my office and hospital rely on for paging. I truly use it everyday and it helps with communication amongst medical personnel.

CONS

Nothing truly negative to say. I’ve been blessed to incorporate use of this daily to help with my practice.

Software on the Edge of Being Great

This software has a ton of potential to be a truly assistive solution, but continues to fall short of the mark.

PROS

The integrations that allow my medical clients to go beyond texting while staying in compliance with HIPAA and other medical data regulations are fantastic. The user interface and experience is much more updated than a lot of healthcare communication software we see.

CONS

This software isn't so comprehensive as to remove a layer of communication frustration - it only adds to all the alarms, devices, and other infrastructure our practitioners (especially nurses) already have to deal with. We've given direct feedback to PerfectServe over the years that has yet to be integrated.
