PhonePad Review from a CPA Office
PhonePad is an excellent source for communicating phone messages to the staff, from our clients and other business calls that occur when we are away from our desk or out of the office. The messages remain available for future reference, unless deleted, as may be needed to recall the purpose of a previously missed call. In addition, PhonePad has a great address book that provides a quick reference for details regarding our business clients/contacts.
CONSQuick reference main page that would show the client contact information, phone number, etc., without having to click on tabs.
Reason for choosing PhonePad
Switched from Phoneslips, but the field would not allow me to enter that name???
Reasons for switching to PhonePad
Phoneslips was not updated, as needed in order to continue using with the newer update of windows.

Easy to use
I appreciate how easy PhonePad was to set up and use. It has so many features that I have not yet used, but when time allows I want to look into all of the other features
CONSWhen entering a phone number it does not automatically put in the dashes between the area code and the number. When using the search function, I have to close and then reopen phone pad which is a bit of a pain

PhonePad offered a lot of features and was very reasonably priced

Phone Slips was going out of business so I had to look for an alternative

I Love Phone Pad
It has been the best tool to have for very little money. there is no annual payments it is a one time fee and we love how it helps our business.
PROSI have been using Phone Pad for over 25 years in all of the dealers that I have worked at. It is the best way to manage call volume. It is truly a visual voice mail.
CONSI love every part of this software., It is easy to use and it allows us to control the stress level caused by high call volumes at peak times.

Very good but a mobile version would make it better
PROSPhonePad has helped us move to paperless intakes and call tracking. No more lost messages.
CONSWish it had a mobile App. I spend much of my time on my phone out of the office. I am tied to my computer.
