Stable - Dependable - Good people
Very good. We have used 3 other platforms before moving our client base to SkySwitch.
PROSThey use a well known platform. When they roll out a feature, it works. I rarely need to contact them because it just works. When I do contact them, they are there to help immediately.
CONSSlower than other providers to roll out features.
Reason for choosing SkySwitch
There are a lot of White Label providers out there. I initially came on board because I really liked the personal attention that they gave the resellers. Pricing is fair, support and resolution is good. We have been with them for over 5 years.
Reasons for switching to SkySwitch
Other platforms had predatory billing practices, reliability issues, support issues.

SkySwitch Overall
I am very pleased with my experience with SkySwitch. About the only thing I wish for is phone access to a engineer that I can talk to from time-to-time without going through a trouble ticket, but that is a minor thing.
PROSI have used the software for approximately five(5) years and find is easy to work with and rich with features. I have also experienced a number of upgrades over the years that have continuously improved the product for the good.
CONSNot much to list here. If anything, I wish their reporting was a little more robust but getting information has improved dramatically from the dashboard.

Reasons for switching to SkySwitch
Better pricing and functionality. At CoreDial I could only have one phone per extension and with SkySwitch you can have many. That is a big deal for me. SkySwitchs' pricing was much better as a startup that allowed me to get to cash flow positive faster.

Great solution with a lot of capabilities.
Really great holistic solution. Allows businesses to get started with the basics or over a wide variety of value-add services.
PROSQuick to implement solution. I was impressed that their onboarding was clear and easy to understand. I also appreciated the fact that in my case, they offered a better deal for actually completing the training. The features and ways of working are a little difficult to piece together but once you get the hang of it, easy to deploy.
CONSThe web interface is slightly dated and for many of my "basic" customers, they have a difficult time navigating the site.

Highly recommend SkySwitch
As a SkySwitch partner reseller for almost five years now, I can say without a doubt, that partnering with SkySwitch was one of the best business decisions we have made. I have been in the Interconnect business since 1998 and the transition from Legacy on-premise PBX systems to a full UCaaS provider would not have been as smooth and successful without SkySwitch.
PROSGreat platform, stability, and support. The SkySwitch support team is second to none. The Platform is reliable and stable. The services and features provided by SkySwitch are always expanding.
CONSSometimes the innovation and new releases of the platform move slowly due to the number of resellers and 3rd party integrated services that have to be tested prior to release.

Communication is based on relationships - SkySwitch helps with client /client engagement.
Overall good. Interesting to see the changes with the company and hopeful for the future. Really like working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] , the Support and Porting Teams.
PROSEach business, organization and client is different, has different needs and different goals. The Ease of Use software allows clients and administers (us) the ability to quickly respond, make updates or adjust for unexpected changes.
CONSA little clunky. NDP and DID portals are a little cumbersome for those who don't us them often.

Great Comprehensive Solution
SkySwitch is one of those gems you come along that make you so glad you found them. The support is extraordinary starting with the staff to the knowledge base and onboarding videos. I love working with this company!!

CONSAdd Chat and Video conferencing solution (or integrate with one.) Also adding a desk sharing platform with take control would be nice.
