  • Pros

  • Ease of adding and removing agents. Easy to set up international numbers if you have international teams.
  • We were able to deploy Toky within a few days, and have reliable phone service for our customer department team. The dashboard is easy to use, and change setting on the fly.
  • Cons

  • If you have a problem with a phone number or line, you are dead. They don't provide any answer.
  • Calls were being missed. We made many attempts to rectify to no avail.

  • Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.
  • Easy integration, setup and porting of numbers. We like the ease of use of the virtual receptionist and the new SMS and text messaging is great.
  • Cons

  • Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.
  • Sometimes the call quality is horrible or just flat out unable to connect and it seems they have a lot of outages.
