It is software that works and will allow teams to communicate better. Ublux will improve customer experience as IVR helps reach out to the right person that can help them. It helps teams to be more flexible and organized, with the web phone, operators do not have to be in the office to make or receive calls, they just need an internet connection and a headset. Great product

Ublux reports have help us a lot. For example we get weekly reports on the number of calls we got and MOST importantly the average amount of time it took to answer those calls.

PROS

How fast it is growing. In the last 3 years over 40 new features have been developed.

CONS

Documentation is not the best but support is always there available.

Estamos muy contentos con ellos.

PROS

Es una herramienta fundamental para mejorar nuestro funcionamiento interno. Podemos analizar todas las conversaciones y con esa información, ver qué ha ocurrido y qué necesitamos para mejorar. Además con los datos de llamadas entrantes, hemos ajustado los horarios del personal para ser más eficientes, reforzando horas punta y liberando horas en las que apenas teníamos flujo de llamadas.

CONS

El proceso de on boardind debe mejorar. es verdad que una vez que lo dejas todo configurado es muy sencillo, pero eché en falta algún que otro vídeo explicativo para suavizar ese primer contacto. Sin embargo, este "problema", lo suplieron con un servicio de atención al cliente eficiente que no me puso ningún problema para solventar todas mis dudas.

Gran ahorro de tiempo llamando a alumnos

PROS

La funcionalidad del power dialer para poder marcar de forma masiva a los alumnos. El click to call para llamar directamente desde Chrome.

CONS

Que Movistar nos puso problemas para portar el número, aunque supongo que esto es más culpa de Movistar que suya.
