Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Easy to work with, very flexible, really nice team to work with.
  • Tech support has been very responsive. Received an email from customer service/support to arrange a tutorial if I needed help setting up the system - very helpful to make sure I set it up correctly.
  • Cons

  • Only problem I had was the switch over from old software to new software, I had a problem with calls no longer being forwarded but it was quickly resolved.
  • I'm finding it difficult to identify something I don't like about the software.

  • OnSIP has the best customer service hands down. No matter what your issue is, from initial set up to random questions years later, they are always super helpful and find the answer for you.
  • Everytime I have needed customer service I have had an excellent experience and they have taken care of each issue with great care and speed getting me back online and going again quickly.
  • Cons

  • There are a few features that we need - telemarketing blocking or global blocking; international calling allowed but to only specific countries.
  • With a hosted pbx if you lose internet, you are down. Vs separate phone system with actual lines would stay up.
