VoiceMaxx CE (Cisco Edition) by West IP Communications is a cloud-based enterprise PBX solution. Key features include inbound and outbound calling capability, call control functionalities, personal conferencing and 'Mobile Connect' for workers on the go.

Businesses can bundle VoiceMaxx CE with West IP Communications’ SIP trunking service 'MaxxConnect IP Trunking' for a single-provider unified communications solution. Cisco’s Jabber client enables modes of communication such as presence, instant messaging and conferencing for end users. Softphone and smartphone clients extend these capabilities to mobile devices.

VoiceMaxx CE's call control features help users to determine routes according to geography, time of day, holidays and outages. Users can also monitor call activity across the enterprise in real-time with drill downs for local, long distance, inbound and outbound calls.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and an online knowledge base.
