VoiceMaxx CE Software


West IP Communications is a provider of cloud-based unified communications services. VoiceMaxx CE (Cisco Edition), West IP Communications’ hosted PBX offering, is based on the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution platform.

While VoiceMaxx CE is primarily a cloud-based solution, West IP Communications also offers hybrid deployments so that businesses can mix and match cloud-based with on-premise components. VoiceMaxx CE also integrates with other solutions from both Cisco and West IP Communications. Businesses can bundle VoiceMaxx CE with West IP Communications’ SIP trunking service (known as MaxxConnect IP Trunking) for a single-provider unified communications solution.

Cisco’s Jabber client enables modes of communication such as presence, instant messaging and conferencing for end users. Softphone and smartphone clients extend these capabilities to mobile devices.

Pricing for VoiceMaxx CE is per seat per month. A number of different packages are available for users who require different levels of functionality (e.g., executives, administrators, office employees and contact center agents).
