VOIPo Hosted PBX is a cloud-based business VoIP solution for small businesses. Key features include three-way calling, call forwarding, call blocking, online call history and more. It also offers a mobile softphone app for both iOS and Android devices.

VOIPo Hosted PBX provides advanced call center functionality, including interactive voice response and call queueing. The solution enables businesses to bundle VOIPo Hosted PBX service with its SIP trunking service for a single-provider telephony solution. Additionally, VOIPo Hosted PBX also works with third-party SIP trunks.

VOIPo Hosted PBX allows users to directly dial three or four digit extensions and create or modify speed dial codes for specific contacts. Users can also receive an SMS notification of the voicemail and create distinctive ringtones to identify the incoming user.

Services are priced on “pay as you go” model. Support is offered via email, live chat, knowledgebase and phone.

    Pros

    It's improved! The text messages transcribed is extremely helpful! I didn't expect anything more than a voice retrieval system but this is so helpful to me.

    Cons

    I feel alone when I have question and can't talk it through with a live person. Also sometimes the text messages don't make Sense.
